Do we pay for quality? This article by Rex Black explains how Quality can be free. Most project managers think testing for quality costs too much and takes too long; in reality, it should cost you slim to none.

And despite what it costs, it is definitely cheaper to prevent problems than to repair them later. Assuring the quality of your product the first time around will save you money in the end by eliminating product failures.
